Agents: Keying Livestock Gross Margin (LGM)

Agrisompo

Navigate to <https://agrinet.agrisompo.com/policy> and sign in using the Duo push process.

Select the correct crop year to work in and then Click the "Search Insured or Policy" field and search by insured name or policy number.

Add a New Policy

Click the "Actions" button.

Click "Add Policy" from the drop down list.

Key the "Agent", "Policy Type", and "State" as required information. If applicable, key the Authorized Representative/Power of Attorney at this time and click "Save".

Adding Coverage

Now the Policy/Estimate has been created and added to the policy column. To add coverage to the policy, click on the "Actions" button.

Click "Add Coverage" from the drop down.

From the drop down list, select the "Primary County" and "Commodity" and then click "Create".

Key the "Insured Sign", "Agent Sign", and "Signing Agent" and then click "Save". NOTE: The "Company Received" date is not allowed to be keyed. It will populate once the application has been received by the livestock underwriter.

Click the "Close" button.

Adding a Sales Coverage Endorsement (SCE)

Click the "Edit" button from the "Commodities" tab.

Click the "Actions" button.

Click "Add SCE" from the drop down list.

Key the required information. Required information will be outlined with a red box.\ If paperwork has been signed, key the signature dates.\ Once all information has been entered, click "Save".

Click the "Close" button.

Coverage will not be active until sign dates are keyed and required documentation is scanned into Document Management.

NOTE: The Incomplete status will update once dates have been keyed in AND documents have been scanned in.

Printing Livestock Forms

Click the "Printer" icon.

Click the "Livestock" tab from the left column.

All available livestock forms are listed in the right column.
