What is AirPAY®? Think of it as a digital representation of the customer's credit card. If they forget their wallet at home, they can use AirPAY® to pay for washes at the pay station. What's cool about it is that it allows for purchases made at the pay station to count towards loyalty points in your Mobile App. The QR code that is generated when the customer uses AirPAY® is only good for a short period of time and times out quickly, making it a secure method of payment.

To view the AirPAY® Transactions Report: Log in to <https://hosted.hamiltonservices.com/> Navigate to Reporting > Mobile App > AirPAY Transactions

Choose your date range. The report can show up to a year's worth of data, or yo u can drill down to a single day.

Enter your date range and click 'Search' to update the report.

'Number of Transactions' shows how many transactions total during this timespan were done using AirPAY.

Under 'Options' you can: - Toggle Columns (turning them on or off) - Save Layout (with your column configuration) - Restore Default (restore the column toggles, spacing etc. to default view) - Reset Spacing (reverts the columns to the default dimensions) - Export (as .CSV) - Fullscreen (displays the report large on the screen)

Tap the drop down next to any ID to view additional information about the specific transaction.

Here you can see: - Processor Code - Processor Message - Bank Code - Bank Message - Auth Number - MAC Address - Model - Version - Terminal ID - Date - Pre-Auth ID - Record ID

The data can be sorted by location.

Quickly search by customer name here.

Transaction Type can be: - Purchase or CreditCard Sale (these 2 types are actually the same, the labels come directly from the credit card processor) - PreAuthCompletion (typically failed transactions) - Preauthorize

Quickly search for a customer's credit card number here.

Export the report as a .CSV by tapping 'Export' under the 'Options' tab.
