Since September 27, 2020, Zoom has required rooms to either have a waiting room or password.

Navigate to [https://us02web.zoom.us/profile/setting](https://us02web.zoom.us/profile/setting), your Zoom settings page.

Log in if prompted.

Click the toggle to right of the "Waiting Room" setting.

Click "Edit Options"

Click the "users who are not in your account and not part of the allowed domains" option.

Click this field.

Type the domains (i.e., the end of your team's email addresses, like mycompany.com) that you want to allow to skip the Zoom room.

[optional] click this option to let any of your teammates allows others through the waiting room.

Click "Continue"
