Allow Access to Camera and Microphone

To use Videosign for video meetings and signing sessions, you'll need to allow permission for your device's camera and microphone. Usually you will only need to do this once, the first time you use Videosign.

Videosign

When you join a Videosign meeting or signing session, you will be asked to allow the site access to your camera and microphone.

Ensure you allow access to the correct camera and microphone on your device for full functionality of Videosign.

A test may run to check for any issues with camera and microphone access. If there are no issues you will be shown the following message. Click on "Enter Meeting" to proceed.

You can turn your camera and microphone on/off by clicking on the symbols in the bottom toolbar.

To change the camera/microphone being used, click on 'Settings' in the menu and select from the connected accessories.
