    Activating the Camera and Microphone from the Google Chrome Address Bar

When accessing your virtual visit or the [Device Check](https://telehealth.px.athena.io/device-check/) link, it important that to allow the athenaTelehealth application to access your camera and microphone. Usually, a pop will appear when you initial access either sight. One access is granted, you can join the visit or perform the Device Check.

    If pop-up did not appear, tap the **settings icon** in the left corner of the address box and review your settings. NOTE: the settings icon could also look like a lock, depending on the version of Google Chrome you are using. Always use the latest version, if possible.

    Tap on **Permissions**. The Camera and microphone should be displayed as **allowed**. If not, proceed to the next step.

    Under **Permissions**, toggle on the Camera and Microphone settings so athenaTelehealth and your Device Check are allowed access.

    Tap on the **three dots** in the upper right corner of the browser to access the Chrome Settings menu.

    Review your Camera and Microphone settings and click on either one to get more details.

    <https://telehealth.px.athena.io/>should be **under allowed**. If not, follow the step below.

    Select "**Allow**". You may need to refresh the Google Chrome.

    If the pop-up was missed or blocked permissions, go to the **Settings** app in your iPhone.

    Tap on **Safari** in the Settings menu.

    Tap on each of the **Camera and Microphone** Settings.

    Select **Allow** for both the Camera and Microphone settings.

    It is also recommended to **turn off** the "**Request Desktop Site**" setting in the Safari Menu.
