Allow students to resubmit an assignment

Staff only need to manually allow students to resubmit assignments if the "Required students to click the submit button" option is set to "Yes" and the "Additional attempts" has been set to "Never". These settings can be found in the "Submission settings" tab of the assignment settings. These settings can be adjusted if staff want all students to be allowed multiple submissions.

To allow certain students to resubmit assignments, Click "View all submissions"

Locate the desired student and click "Edit" to open a dropdown menu.

Click "Revert the submission to draft". The selected student should be able to resubmit from their assignment page once changes have been saved.

Alternatively, multiple students can be selected at once using the left checkbox.

Select "Revert the submission to draft status" from the dropdown.

Click "Go" to confirm changes.

Confirm submissions have been set to "Draft (not submitted)".

Click the course name to return to the course main page.
