Click "Login with your UT EID"

Choose the option that best fits your situation or Click "UT EID Help"

Once you login to RecruitMcCombs

Click "Appointments"
Find your Alumni Career Coach under "Career Adviser"
Click any Career Coach with the word "Alumni" before their name. This image shows your choices of Ellen Bartkowiak, Michelle Carroll, Mushfiqa Jamaluddin, and Robin Hedges.
Tip! TO CHANGE YOUR VIEW, go to the far right and choose the drop-down option next to "List." Select List, Month, Week, or Day. You can also choose your scheduled Appointments or ALL Appointment Blocks.
On the far right side, choose the drop down option next to "List"
You can change the WEEK by selecting the &lt; or &gt; arrows.
Find the date & time
Select the appointment time you'd like. For example, this image shows "Friday, October 4th @ 9 AM with Alumni - Ellen Bartkowiak"
Click "Book Appointment"
You have seven options to choose for your Appt Type
All of our Alumni Coaching Appts are virtual. Please choose the coach's link.
It is optional to add any Attachments or Notes for your appointment.
