Tip! Log into Seller Central

Hover Over Performance on AMZ Marketplace Navigation Menu, then Select Chargeback Claims.

Select "represent your case".

Page view:

In PeopleSoft, go to the Create/Update Order panel. Enter the Amazon Order # in the Web Ord Num field & click Search.

Click the K# in the yellow box to go to the Track Order panel.

Select the lines under Tracking column.

Copy the UPS Tracking Number.

Track on UPS.com

Log into UPS using the shared username/password.

Hover over Tracking, then select Track a Package.

Paste the UPS Tracking number in the field provided and click Track.

Select Proof of Delivery.

Review the Shipped & Delivery dates, Delivery Address, and Order information.

Return to PeopleSoft and review the Order Information and Ship to Address to ensure it matches the Proof of Delivery.

Go to your Amazon Responses & Copy the Amazon Message "shipped order including - note carrier and tracking number".

Return to AMZ Marketplace. Enter the Ship Date, Shipping Method, Shipping Speed, & Tracking ID in the fields provided.\ Paste the Amazon Message "shipped order including - note carrier and tracking number" in the comments section and\ update accordingly to match the information provided on the Proof of Delivery. Click Submit.

Once submitted, the webpage should automatically refresh and show "Representation submitted successfully".

Return to order in PeopleSoft, Hover over Header Menu & Select Notes/Attachments.

Select Notes/Attachments

Add Note to order with the Date, Your Initials, Chargeback Claim, k#, Item#, Qty, Tracking #, Delivery Date/Time & Address. Click SAVE.
