From the Seller Central homepage, click the gear in top right corner then click on "User Permissions"

Enter the name and email address of the person or company you are inviting.

If you want to invite them to your Global Account (which gives the user more access) then, check that box as well. Unless you know that the user needs access to your Global Account, I do not recommend adding. Click "Invite"
Alert! Once the user has accepted the invitation, you will need to provide "User Permissions" which are detailed in another Scribe.
