From the front page of your Seller Central account, click the gear icon.

Next to the user name, click "Manage Permissions"

Scroll down until you see "User Permissions" under Settings.

Once you give "User Permission" Edit access, that person can then give themselves the necessary permissions. By giving someone "User Permissions" this person has almost full control of your Seller Central account with a few exceptions such as deposit methods which can only be changed by the owner.

If you want to give permission, then click "Continue."
