    Amend a Supplier Order

      Some suppliers, like Brakes, won't let you make changes to an order. Brakes have specified that you can either place a second order to replace the out of stock products on the first incorrect order, or cancel the order by phoning in. They don't enforce a minimum order value for this reason. Please contact your supplier for more information.
      Navigate to Synbiotix
      Enter your username and password and click "Login
      Select NCIS
      NCIS is called "Production Management" in some systems but the functionality is the same
      Click "View Purchase Orders"
      Click "View" or "Continue Edit" to amend an existing order
      You can make changes to the order up until the cut-off time
      If you've clicked "View", click "Edit". If you've clicked "Continue Edit", you will go straight to Step 7
      Make any changes as required
      Click "Undo Edit" to cancel any changes if you've made an edit in error
      Click "Finalize" to submit the order
      You'll see confirmation that the change has been sent to the supplier
      The initial order takes a few minutes to process in the supplier's system If you try to amend the order before the initial order has been processed, you will see an error message. If this happens, please wait a few minutes before trying again
      If you don't have any integration with the supplier's system, or if the supplier doesn't allow changes, you will need to send them any updates to the order
