    Analyzing Direct Reports' Learner Profiles in AbilityLMS

      Click the "Manager Menu."
      Click the "People" option from the drop-down menu.
      Click on the name of the direct report to open their learner profile.
      You will be redirected to the Learner's History.
      You will find all of their course history in the "History" tab. You can view the courses they have completed, their expiration dates, courses they are in progress with and more.
      Click the "Properties" tab.
      Here you can find details of their learner profile such as their Title ID and Hire Date.
      The data is retrieved from Peoplesoft and translated into the LMS.
      Click the "Assignments" tab.
      Assignments are learning tracks your direct report is assigned to. Learning tracks will contain courses that are required and/or optional to complete. A **learning track** is a bundle of courses that are grouped together based on a myriad of factors (i.e. training topic, job duties, workplace exposures, etc.).
      Click on the "+" icon to expand the learning track and details of your direct report's progress.
      Courses in the learning track will be listed as well as your direct report's statuses and completion dates of those courses.
