Annual PPM View & Reschedule PPM Jobs

Navigate to Synbiotix

Enter your username and password and click "Login"

Select Helpdesk

If your site uses the Helpdesk for both soft and hard services, click "Hard FM"

Click "Annual PPM View"

Select the required hospital from the drop-down box

Use the drop-down boxes to filter the results, if required

Click "Go" to apply any filters

You will see the number of PPM jobs broken down by week.\ \ In this example, we can see the following: - There are 374 daily PPM jobs scheduled this week (Week 10, running from 4th March to 10th March) - There are 79 weekly PPM jobs scheduled this week - There are 39 monthly PPM jobs scheduled this week - There are 9 3-monthly PPM jobs scheduled this week - There are 15 6-monthly PPM jobs scheduled this week - There are 11 yearly PPM jobs scheduled this week - There is 1 5-yearly PPM job scheduled this week - In total, there are 528 PPM jobs scheduled this week

Click into a category to view the relevant PPM jobs. In this example, we are looking at the 3-monthly PPM jobs for Week 11

You will see a list of scheduled PPM jobs. Hover over a job to see more information

If required, you can bring PPM jobs forwards a week in the schedule. You can't reschedule daily or weekly PPM jobs.

Click "**<**" to bring the job forwards a week

You will see a summary of the work required.

By default, the change won't affect any future schedules. Toggle on "affect future schedules" to change this

Click "Move to Week #"

Any rescheduled jobs will have an orange line around them
