Alert! If you are trying to update your ready-to-sell status with Spark, look for an email from [producers@elevance.com](mailto:producers@elevance.com) and forward it to support@sparkadvisors.com. Otherwise proceed to identify your upline & payee.

Navigate to [https://brokerportal.anthem.com/apps/ptb/dashboard/BCFGGJKVRZ](https://brokerportal.anthem.com/apps/ptb/dashboard/BCFGGJKVRZ)

Click the profile icon and account details on the top right.

You’ll see three codes listed: - **Writing Agent:** This should display *your* name. - **Paid Agent & Code:** This shows who receives commissions-either you or your agency (if you’re paid through one). - **Parent Agent & Code:** This should display *Agent Pipeline*. Once everything looks correct, take a screenshot of the section below and email it to [**support@sparkadvisors.com**](mailto:support@sparkadvisors.com) to confirm you’re ready to sell.

To verify that you can write MAPD plans, please log into Anthem's certification website <https://anthem.cmpsystem.com/page/login> and export the certificate of completion. Include that pdf in your email to support@sparkadvisors.com
