    **Cadences Considerations** - When cadence is stopped, "has cadence" checkbox is **automatically unchecked** - If new cadence is added, "stop cadence" checkbox on PREVIOUS cadence is **automatically checked** - When all scheduled cadences equal complete, "stop cadence" checkbox is **automatically checked and "has cadence" checkbox is unchecked** - If last active cadence is deleted, all scheduled tasks, emails and sms are **set to COMPLETED and "has cadence" checkbox is unchecked**

    Apply a Cadence to a Lead Record

    Click "Leads"

    Click on a lead record. (Customize list views to easily ensure the lead is not already on a cadence and has the appropriate contact information filled in.)

    Click "Create Cadence"

    Rename the "Name of Cadence" to easily identify. Click "Select Folder **SMS** Template"

    For this demo, we'll select "Lead Introduction." (It's important to review pre-existing templates and folders in the "Cadences App Configuration" object ahead of time to ensure the selected folder is not empty.)

    Click "Select Folder **Email** Template"

    In this demo, we'll select "Lead Nurture."

    Note that organization-wide email addresses must be set up and verified in advanced for email cadences to work correctly.

    Click "Select Folder **Task** Template"
