Applying Text Message Appointment Reminders (General Case Management)

Appointment reminders will be automatically sent for cases with a mobile phone number entered on their case file general tab based on the reminder schedule configured in the program settings.
Follow steps 1-3 to ensure cases have a mobile phone number entered to receive appointment text message reminders.

Navigate to the case in the system. On the case **General** tab select **Edit** on the top menu.

Scroll to the **Primary Client Information** section and ensure or enter a **Mobile Phone** number.

Click **Save** on the top menu.
Follow steps 4-6 for cases that would like to opt out of receiving appointment text message reminders.

Navigate to the case in the system. On the case **General** tab select **Edit** on the top menu.

In the **Primary Client Information** section check the box for **Do not send appt reminders.**
