Go to Requirements by selecting it from the main menu. Here you will see any actions requiring your approval listed under "My approvals". Select the action you would like to review before approving/rejecting.

Details of the action, specifically the resulting email and attached contractual communication which will be issued to the contractor upon approval of the action are shown.

If you are satisfied with the communication to be issued, click "approve", but if you are not satisfied and wish to stop the communication from being issued to the contractor click "reject".

Provide your comments then enter the password you log in with and click "confirm".
