    An Opportunity (Family) is created in “Auto-Pay Started” after the Family pays for their first month of tuition + the one-time registration fee.

    - The Family is sent the application link via text and email along with an email mentioning "School Choice Funding" processes. - The CSM also sends (and edits accordingly prior to sending) a text message that is generated by the CRM to introduce themselves to the Family.

    After the family completes their application, the CSM takes the information from their completed application and adds it to the necessary fields in the CRM.

    Click the Magnifying Glass to view student information.

    Information needed from PowerSchool Enrollment (PSE): 1. Start date. 2. Student(s) first name(s). 3. Student(s) last name(s). 4. Student(s) grade level(s). 5. Are the student(s) taking Bible class?

    Click on the Family

    Click "Student Info" then input the information gathered from PSE.

    Information required to be inputted into the CRM: 1. Start date. 2. Student(s) first name(s). 3. Student(s) last name(s). 4. Student(s) grade level(s). 5. Are the student(s) taking Bible class?

    Once information is inputted correctly, the ***CSM*** moves the Family from "Auto-Pay Started" to "App-&gt; Intro Call" where the Family books a time to chat with the CSM.

Verifies information in the CRM is correct. 3. Answers questions. 4. Sets expectations. 5. [Creates and finalizes the Ed Plan ](https://scribehow.com/shared/Using_a_Template_for_Education_Plans__6-hZ8_unSLW-Mjp8vz_JzA)with the Family. 1. CSM **MUST** get the verbal approval of the Family that they have agreed to their Ed Plans. 6. CSM sends a copy of the Ed Plan to the parent via email through PandaDoc. 1. Parent **MUST** sign the Ed Plan on the call.

    This is a crucial step and sets up the entire Onboarding process.

    ***CSM***[downloads a copy of the Ed Plan](https://www.loom.com/share/2d145b7440994ac994568517c8a5e280?sid=a0d4bbd2-2e56-423c-9230-752db1d4de39) and attaches it to the "Documents" field in the CRM under the Family's Contact.

    This is important because it helps SOS keep track of all student(s) records under the Family account.

    ***CSM*** moves Family from "App -&gt; Intro Call" to "Send Agreements"
