      Navigate to your brokerage's login page and login as a System user.
      Click "Document Lists" from the Dashboard menu.
      Utilize the search bars on the Document Lists page to review all of the document lists associated with listings and transactions.
      You can use the type field to filter the results based on the type of document list you want to archive. In this example, we'll archive documents in a Listing Document list.
      To narrow down our results we will also filter by Agent.
      Click the "Action" button located under the Action column of the desired document list. This example shows that we have selected one of Amy Agent's Listing Document Lists.
      Scroll to the button of the Document List page and click the "Archive Document List" button.
      The system will prompt you as a control measure.
      Click "OK" to archive all of the incomplete documents.
      When the Listing Document List page refreshed you'll notice the "Archived" tag is applied next to the listing address at the top of the page.
      If you want to undo this action scroll to the bottom of the same page and click the "Unarchive Document List" button.
      The system will prompt you again as a control measure.
      Click "OK" to unarchive the documents.
