Open your dictionary
Click "Areas of expertise" in Management section

Click "NEW AREA OF EXPERTISE" to add a new area of expertise to the current dictionary.

Type the name of the area of expertise in this field.

Click "CREATE" to finish the creation action.

After the creation of your area of expertise, you could open the detail information panel by clicking the item in the list.

Click "ADDEXPERT" button to associate experts with this area of expertise.

Click the checkbox to select the corresponding experts.

Click "ADD SELECTED USERS" to finish the association action.
