    Navigate to your project
    Click "Workflow"

    Create rule to add subtasks when task is added to a section

    Select the section you want to add subtask to when a task is moved into this section
    Click "More actions"
    Click "Add subtasks"
    Click this field.
    Type [[tab]]+[[n]] to add a section for this subtask list
    Type your section name e.g. "New Booked Guest"
    Add all the subtasks for this section
    Click "Create rule"

    Repeat steps for all sections

    Navigate to next section in the workflow
    Repeat steps: Click "More actions" Click "Add subtasks" Type[[tab]] + [[n]] to create section header Type "In Production" Add all subtasks

    Test with a task

    Click "Guest AAA" Drag "Guest AAA" to next section
    Header and subtasks are added
    Move "Guest AAA" to next section
    Tip! you can assign and date the subtask to be more specific on who is doing what by when.
