If you are configuring your allergen information immediately after you have added your ingredients, skip to Step 9
      Navigate to Synbiotix
Enter your username and password and click "Login"
      Select Production Management
Production Management is called "NCIS" in some systems but the functionality is the same
      Click "Administration"
      Click "Recipes"
      Search for the recipe
      Click "Go"
      Click "Ingredients"
Scroll down and click "Allergens" to view the recipe's allergen information
The recipe's allergen information will automatically be filled in with the allergen details from the ingredients used in the recipe
Coloured ticks indicates if the recipe contains, may contain or does not contain an allergen, or if no precautionary statement is required. In this example, the Spinach & Chickpea curry may contain peanuts and tree nuts, and it does contain mustard (not pictured).
The remaining allergens are labelled as "NO INFORMATION PROVIDED" because one of the ingredients lacks allergen information. As a result, we cannot conclusively say whether the recipe includes these other allergens or not.
Each ingredient has a nutrition button next to it. Ingredients without nutritional or allergen information assigned to them will display an orange exclamation mark on the Nutrition button
Click "Nutrition" to assign allergen information to an ingredient
If your ingredient is linked to a supplier code, this will pre-populate in the "Name/Code" field
Enter the ingredient name or supplier code
Select the supplier from the "Dataset" drop down box, if required
      Click "Go"
