    Click "Users"

    Click "Presence"

    Click "Appearance"

    Click the meatball on the right hand side of an available line

    Click "Assign Extension". This is also known as a BLF

    Select the user

    Click "Assign"

    Click "Save"

    Click "Yes". The phone will reboot to retrieve the latest configuration.

    Review your changes. Click "Presence"

    Notice your changes on the softphone
