    Assign BLF via the Presence menu on RingCentral/ACO

    Navigate to [https://service.ringcentral.com/application/adminHome](https://service.ringcentral.com/application/adminHome)
    Click "Users"
    Click a user
    Click here.
    Click "Presence"
    Click "Appearance"
    Click the meatball on the right hand side of an available line
    Click "Assign Extension". This is also known as a BLF
    Select the user
    Click "Assign"
    Click "Save"
    Click "Yes". The phone will reboot to retrieve the latest configuration.
    Review your changes. Click "Presence"
    Click "Preview on my phones"
    Notice your changes on the softphone
    Click "Avaya IX IP Phone J179"
    Notice your changes on the hard phone
