    Assign, Merge and Solve Tickets in Zendesk

      Assign a Ticket in Zendesk

      Navigate to your Zendesk agent dashboard
      Click on the ticket you want to assign
      Click "Assignee"
      Select the customer support agent to assign the ticket.
      Click "Submit as Open"

      Merging Tickets in Zendesk

      Click "Dashboard"
      Select the ticket to be merged.
      Click "Edit Tickets"
      Click "Merge tickets into another ticket..."
      Select the ticket to be merged with
      Click "Confirm and Merge"

      Solve a Ticket in Zendesk

      Click on the ticket to solve.
      Click on the dropdown menu at the bottom right.
      Click "Submit as Solved"
