    Assign Roles & Locations to Users (xClean)

      Navigate to Synbiotix.
      Enter your username and password and click "Login".
      Select the required application (in this example, Cleaning Standards).
      Click "Administration".
      Click "Manage Users".
      When accessing user management via an application, you will only see users who already have access to the selected application (via roles). If you want to assign roles to a user without access to the selected application, you will need to use the filters to show all users.
      Click to change the "All Users" toggle to YES.
      Click "Go" to apply the filter.
      Click "Assign Roles".
      Click on the required roles.
      Click "Assign selected roles".
      Once the user is assigned roles, you need to assign locations.
      Click "Assign Locations".
      Click to open the location tree to the required level.
      Click the tickbox for all required locations.
      If you are setting the user up to receive automated post-audit emails, you will need to select the specific wards, or click "Assign All Wards". Using the top-level tickboxes will only give the user access for auditing or dashboards
