      Navigate to Synbiotix

      Enter your username and password and click "Login"

      Select menuPick

      Click "Administration"

      Click "Manage Users"

      When accessing user management via an application, you will only see users who already have access to the selected application (via roles). If you want to assign roles to a user without access to the selected application, you will need to change the "All Users" toggle to "YES" and click "Go"

      Search for a user, if required, and click "Go"

      Click "Assign Roles"

      Click the required role(s)

      To allow a user to place patient orders, assign the following role: - **menuPick** > Data View and Entry To allow a user to place top up orders, assign the following roles: - **menuPick** > Data View and Entry - **NCIS** > TopUp Order To allow a user to view the dashboards, assign the following role: - **menuPick** > Dashboard Drill Down To allow a user to fulfil top up orders, assign the following roles: - **menuPick** > Dashboard Drill Down - **NCIS** > TopUp Fulfil Order For information about other roles, please contact Synbiotix
