Assign Support Contacts
This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to assign support contacts in Synbiotix.

Navigate to Synbiotix

Enter your username and password and click "Login"

Select Framework Configuration

Click "Users"

Search for the required user

Click "Go" or press enter to search

Click "Assign Roles"

Click "Support Contact" for the required system

Click "Assign selected role"

Click "Help"

The user should appear as the support contact for the selected system(s)

The user needs to have an email address or phone number saved alongside their account to appear on the support contact page
