Assign a Role to a User

Navigate to [https://contrack.com.au/](https://contrack.com.au/)

Click "System Admin"

Click "Users"

Select the user that you want to assign a Role to.

In the Contract Roles section, you can assign a Role to a User for specific Contracts.

Click the pencil icon on the relevant contract you want to assign a User to.

A pop up window will appear, and you can select the roles that the User belongs to for the slected Contract, in this case Bruce Hwy Road Reconstruction

Select "Full Access Edit Permissions".

Click "OK"

You can see that the User now has "Full Access Edit Permissions" on the contract "Bruce Hwy Road Reconstruction"

Click "SAVE"
