Now assign the order to a driver. There are 3 ways to do this.

The first way is to manually click on Unassigned.

Click Assign driver

Choose an available driver from the list and click Okay. Once the order is assigned, the driver will receive a push notification to view the order on a New Orders screen. Now the driver has the option to accept the order.

The other two you’ll find under the Teams section. Click Properties > Teams.

Double-click to selected Team.

Scroll down to Self-assign/Autodispatch.

The second method of assigning drivers is a self-assign, meaning all drivers have the ability to view a list of all available orders. The first to claim an order will deliver it.

The third method is to use automatic dispatch. The system will assign orders automatically based on your rules, such as distance to pick up, number of orders in progress, etcetera.
