Auditing a Customer's Account in Hosted Solutions

Under a Customer's Profile in Hosted Solutions, you can access the customer's audit report. This shows who changed what to what in the customer's account. This is a great way to see if a customer is having trouble accessing their app account, or if one of your employees changed something on their account. Document # 101-0353 Updated 04/14/2025

Log in to Hosted Solutions <https://hosted.hamiltonservices.com/> Navigate to the Customers tab: <https://hosted.hamiltonservices.com/customers>

Find the specific customer you want to audit. Tap their name here.

Click 'Audit'.

On the Audit tab, you can see a LOT of information. I'll go over a few scenarios in this tutorial and what they look like. Here you'll see 'Access Failed Count' was 1 and then moved to 2 at 3:50 PM. This user had 2 failed attempts to log into their app (probably forgot their password).

Here you can see I ([tweidner@hamiltonmfg.com](mailto:tweidner@hamiltonmfg.com)) Updated AppUserPoint at 3:51 PM on 04/04/2025. It then shows what the current points are (4800)

Assigning those loyalty points gave the customer enough points to have earned a free wash. This is notated on the row highlighted in blue.

In this example, the customer (app user) has changed their own password.

Here you can see the customer updated their own name and phone number.

Here you can see the customer updated their own zip code.

Here you can see that the Hosted Solutions User ([tweidner@hamiltonmfg.com](mailto:tweidner@hamiltonmfg.com)) manually changed this account status from 'Active' to 'Inactive'.
