Sign in into the **Microsoft Azure Portal**

Type **Advisor** in the search bar and click on the **Advisor** to view the Advisor dashboard
**What is Azure Advisor?**\

It offers guidance in five categories: cost optimization, security, reliability, performance, and operational excellence, helping users improve their Azure environment's efficiency and effectiveness.

Click on the **Overview** from the left bar

**Overview** wizard will open, here you can view all the Recommendations

Click on the **Advisor score** from the left bar
**What is Advisor Scrore?**\

Advisor Score in Azure is a metric that evaluates how well your Azure environment adheres to best practices across various categories, such as cost optimization, security, reliability, performance, and operational excellence. It helps you identify areas for improvement and track progress over time to enhance your overall cloud posture.

Click on the **Security** from the left bar

**Security** wizard will open, here you can view **Total recommendations**

Click on the **Alerts (Preview)** from the left bar
**What are Alerts (Preview)?**\

In Azure, "Alerts (Preview)" are notifications that inform you about critical conditions or potential issues in your Azure resources. These alerts are based on specific conditions or thresholds you define, helping you respond quickly to maintain the performance, health, and security of your environment.

**Advisor | Alerts (Preview)** wizard will open, click on the **New Advisor Alert** button to create a new Advisor Alert
