Automate Replying To Future Reviews With AI

In this guide, we will be going over how to automate responding to any future reviews that come in using AI. \ \ First we will click on the GBP tab in the left navigation.

Then select the manage locations tab.

From here, select all the GBP's you want to setup the automated AI review replying for. Please note, you can use the checkbox at the top to select all GBP's on this page.

Once you have selected the locations you want to automate the review responses, you can then click on the review settings button.

A pop up will then appear that will give you a few options. You can set the system to automatically generate the replies and publish them right away.

Or you can have LeadSnap create the replies and put them into a draft mode so you can review it and approve them as needed.

Next, we will set the tone we want the AI to generate the response in.

Then we can set how long we want the response to be.

Here we have the option to have the system only reply to certain types of reviews. If you want all positive reviews to be automated, but you want the negative reviews to require a human touch you can do so.

Finally once you have all the settings dialed in how you want them. Click on Apply To All and any future reviews that come in will be replied to automatically based on the settings you selected.
