Automatically Add your Tasks to the Punch List Project

Navigate to "My Tasks".

Click "Customize".

Click "Add Rules to My Tasks".

Click here.

Click Triggers > "To My Tasks".
-This means every time a task is assigned to you...

Click Actions > "To a project".
-...add the task automatically to a project.

Click the "Project name" field, and write the name of the project "Punch List".

Click "Create rule".
