    **Navigation** To setup your autoresponder messages go to **settings > Autoresponder**

    **Auto-Reply Rules** Auto-Reply rules based on your defined conditions will automatically send a respond to your customers (via text message). To add a rule, click "Add Rule"

    **Keyword Defined Rules** Often times you may want to provide customized responses based on a message a customer sent to you via SMS (text message) such as STATUS. Anytime a customer sent you a message with status, the autoresponder would reply with your defined message in this rule. You can also include customer property values such as "Customer Rent".     **Automated Messages** Automated messages occur automatically based on a defined time period, for example once per day or every third Tuesday. To add a rule, click "Add Rule"

    **Automated Messages (Continued)** Enter the recurring date/time and the customer group this message applies to. For example you may have a customer group "VIP Customers" that you want to send messages to once a month.
