    Select the bidding company.

    Click "Award Project"

    Click "Add" to add a new user.

    Click "Select All Points of Contact" to select just the Point of Contact users.

    Click this checkbox to select all users.

    Click this checkbox to select individual users.

    Click "Role" to give the level of access the user will have to files within the project. *This permission can be changed at the folder level when needed.*

    Click "Add to Project Directory" to add the selected users to the Project Directory.
