    Start in the Sample company.
To complete this exercise, you must be in the Sample company. From your QBOA account, click the Gear icon on the top right corner of the screen, then select Sample company.
Note that you will be logged out of your current account. If you are sure, click "Continue" to confirm.
Now you can start the exercise.
    Click "Bank transactions"
    Close any pop-ups that appear.

    Process Suggested Matches

Start with the suggested matches for Money-out transactions.
In the filter dropdown, select "Money out"
Click on the first transaction with multiple matches found. It should be for Pam Seitz.
QBO only matches transactions based on amount within a certain date range. It is up to you to put together the rest of the details to find the correct transaction.
You can clearly see here that one of the suggestions is for Books by Bessie. Select the transaction for Pam Seitz.
    Click "Match"
Click on the next transaction with multiple matches found. It should be for Squeaky Kleen Car Wash.
Select the transaction that has the correct date.
    Click "Match"
Now you are left with only single suggested matches. In a real-life scenario, you would want to review each of these matches to confirm that they are correct. For the purpose of this exercise, you can assume that they are all correct.
Select all of the transactions with 1 match found. Then click "Accept"

    Categorize Transactions

Now, all that is left are transactions with no match. This is a great time to use the Categorization tool.
