Master sheet should be renamed according to B2B Partner
**CSM** checks the link every day to see if there are new students added\
The list should be checked at 10 AM and 4 PM

**B2B** Partner provides us with the student info:
Student's full name\
Start date
Student's email address
Student's birth date
B2B excel sheet must be completed by the B2B Partner

**CSM** creates a Contact in the CRM for the student ( If no Contact exists, create one.)

**CSM** schedules the Enrollment Huddle via text/call/email with the person in charge ( for the B2B)

**CSM** creates an Ed Plan to have it on our system once we confirm the courses they want to take
Do not send the Ed Plan to B2B ( this is for internal use only)

**CSM** is going to create a folder with the name of the B2B inside of google drive and all Ed Plans for this specific B2B should be added there:

**CSM** enrolls the student via Canvas and once the enrollment process is done an invite to the student will be sent
The invite will be sent to the student's email

Once the student accepts the invitation, the enrollment is done successfully
We need to confirm whether they want to use a credit/debit card, or would they prefer a wire transfer.
The email that should be sent to B2B should contain these bullet points:\

- Marianne xxx
- Ivy xxx
- Request for tuition payment preference: credit/debit card or wire transfer.

On the start date **CSM** shares the login info with the PoC ( Point of Contact)
**CSM** must notify the Bible teacher that new students have been enrolled in his class ( If the student has bible class)

**CSM** asks B2B for an Onboarding meeting so we can walk them through the Schoology and anything they might need with their accounts.
**CSM** must inform finance about tuition ( how many students, price, enrollment fee, Semesters) regarding the enrolled students.
