**CSM** checks the link every day to see if there are new students added

**B2B** Provides us with the info below:
Student's full name\
Start date
B2B excel sheet must be completed

**CSM** creates a Contact in the CRM for the student ( If no Contact exists, create one.)

**CSM** schedules the Enrollment Call with the person in charge ( for the B2B )

**CSM** creates an Ed Plan to have it on our system once we confirm the courses they want to take
Do not send the Ed Plan to B2B ( this is for internal use only )

***CSM*** fills the form for the IT \

It might take up to 24 hours for IT to confirm that the students have been enrolled

**CSM** advises B2B that we are done with the onboarding and inform them that the access for their students are ready for the start date.
