    Navigate to [https://app.topsheet.io/dashboard](https://app.topsheet.io/dashboard)
This method is only for people who have been given permissions to approve daily time cards. This allows you to preset or approve time cards one by one, or dozens at a time. If you have departments who come in and wrap at the same time, you can instantly review, edit, and approve all of them at once, not having to go one by one. This is also a good method for AD's to set and approve cast time cards, as well as Best Boys to edit and fill the Grip or Electrics time cards, as they would with paper. NOTE: this method can only be used on the Web App, and not on the Mobile app.
    To get started click "**PROJECTS**"
    Select the correct project.
    Click "**Time Cards**".
Click "**Approve Time Cards**" which is Step 2 of Time Cards. If you do not see it, check with the creator of the project to make sure you have permissions.
Select the **Department or filter the group** you would like to preset.
    Click the **applicable groups**.
**Select the Days** you will be Presetting with the same time card information.
In this example I have selected 4 days with the same employee to preset the time, but this could be the Grip Department, I am presetting the time cards for, or any group.
Click this "**Preset Time Card**" button.
Click the "**Enter call time**" field.
Double-click **Edit the time** in the drop down.
You can use the arrows or type to edit the time.
**Select the meal breaks** that were taken. It will auto-fill 6 hours after call time for a suggested in and out time but can be edited.
Click the "**Enter wrap time**" field.
    **Edit the times** as needed.
If you have an adjustment or multiple, click the "**Add Another Adjustment**" button.
**Select** the needed **adjustment** from the dropdown.
    **Add a rate.**
