    Batch edit record permissions

    Navigate to https://your_imagen_domain/
    Log in as a user with permission to edit records
    Click "Search"
    Click on a selection of records to edit
    Click on the "Edit selected" icon
    Click on the "Padlock" icon to edit the access permissions of your selected records
    In this example, we are going to remove access for the "Everyone" group. Click the access dropdown and select "Remove access"
    Click the "Enter email address or group" bar and select the "Standard" group. Click the dropdown next to the "Standard" group, and select "Can view"
    Click the "Enter email address or group…" field and type "Admin". When the search completes click "Administrators". Click the dropdown menu next to the "Administrators" group. Grant permission to "View, edit & Download"
    Click the "Close" button to finish editing the access permissions
    Click "Save" and confirm that you wish to edit these records
