      Go to Benefit Advisor and hover over Reports and click into Report Center.

      Click into the search bar.

      Type "benefit election change"

      Type " [[enter]]"

      Click on Benefit Election Changes.

      Click "Rolling Date" and change to "Fixed Date" within Effective Date.

      Click "Rolling Date" and change to "Fixed Date" within End Date.

      Change the effective date to the last date of your current plan year. For example, if looking for the changes from an OE Effective 1/1/2023, this will be 12/31/2022.

      Type "12/31/2022"

      For the "End Date", this text box will be the OE Effective, for this case being 1/1/2023 since this particular client is a 1/1 OE Plan Renewal.

      Type "1/1/2023"

      Go to "Output Type" and change to Excel.

      Now click on "Run" in order to produce the report.

      Click "Enable Editing" once your report opens.

      To review in detail what changed from prior plan year to the new plan year with ease, highlight Columns: K, M, N, O and P. Column K will be the reason for change and it is best to add filter and remove all enrollments with the exception of Open Enrollment. Columns M &N show you the Old Plan Name and Coverage (Tier or Amount). Columns O & P shows you what the new plan year elections are.
