Find an Attendee record within a specific event; look at an Attendee record

Log in to ACE. Navigate to your ACE main screen.

Click the App Launcher in the top lefthand corner and type in "Events"
Searching by Event for an Attendee Record

Click "Events (Planner)" under Apps

A list of Events will display. You can click the caret under the pre-selected List View to change the list view to whatever you would like.

For our purposes, click "All"

You will see a list of all active/draft/test events. To search for a specific event, click into the "Search this list" search bar and type the name of the event.

As an example, let's type "Tailgate" and click enter.

Click "Rocky Top on the Road Tailgate: 2024 TN vs NC State."

Here's the backend view of this event. To find a particular Attendee and Attendee Record, click "Attendees" in the Related List Quick Links

Click into "AT-227565" (to see Lance Farlow's Attendee Record)

Once in the Attendee Record, you can see the Attendee Full Name, First Name, Last Name, Email, Registration Status, Registration Date/Time, etc., as shown below. It's only possible to view the Attendee Details, including name, by clicking into the individual Attendee Record.
