Navigate to the schedule page by clicking "SCHEDULE" from the left side menu.

Select the date you wish to block off a driver for.

Click on the driver you wish to block time off for.

Click "Add Day Off" from the card that pops out on the right. 

Click the Start date for the first day of the time off. 

Click in to "End Date" to select the last day for the time off.

Select the category...
ADD NOTE FOR MANAGER

Click "Select the category" to see a drop down of available reasons for Time Off. 

Select the appropriate reason for time off. 

Click into the "ADD NOTE FOR MANAGER" section to leave any relevant notes. 

Click "Done" to save the time off.

**NOTE: Booking days off for trucks can be done via the same steps, but by clicking into the "TRUCKS" field instead of the default "DRIVERS"**
