Navigate to the users menu

Select the power user. Identify the account's power user by noticing (Super Admin) next to their username and the check box set as unavailable or "greyed out" to the left.

Click "Phone"

Click Blocked numbers

Click here.

Click here to add a number to the blocked list.

Enter the number to be blocked. Click "Add"

Click "×" to exit the blocked numbers list. Scroll down then press the "Save" button to save your changes.
