Blueboard P2P needs to have a channel where it can post public recognition messages to. If you have a channel you would like to use you can skip the next step and click on the "Configure Settings" button
    6
Click the "Create New Public Channel" button in the onboarding message
    7
Enter the name you would like to use for your new channel

Heads Up! This input follows the same nameing rules as a regular slack channel. You'll receive an error if there are any uppercase letters, spaces, special characters. We recommend you keep the names short and use a dash to separate words if necessary.
    8
Once successfully creating a channel, the configuration modal will automatically open and your newly created channel will be pre-populated in the active channels and public recognition channel dropdown.
    9
You will then need to set up your Company Values. Click the "Configure Company Values" button to open up the modal.
    10
Add up to 5 company values. If you have any emojis you regularly match to a company value you can add it here as well separating it from the phrase with a | character. (i.e 'Stay Cool | :sunglasses:')

There needs to be at least one Company Value entered!

If using emojis in the company values, we suggest hovering over the ones you would like to use in the slack emoji picker and writing down the names before opening the configuration modal
    11
We offer the option to hide the company values potion of a recognition message in the public channel. To disable showing the values in your public messages just toggle on the option under "Manage Display Options"
    12
The Emoji Bank is a list of emojis you would like to use in case there are no corresponding emoji for a Company Value. By default we set these to be "fire", "+1", "clap", "sunglasses" but you are free to add as many as you like. If a recognition message uses a value that does not have an emoji the bot will randomly select an emoji to react to the message to jumpstart user engagment.
    13
After clicking "Submit" you will get a success message linking you back to the app home. If you need to make any changes you can access the configuration modal from the "Admin Options" button in the main dashboard.
