Type "Blue"

Click "Blueprints"

Click "Appointment Assignment Form"

Click "Edit"

Name the Task Subject

Select either User or Field reference for the Assigned to. A user would be a static field, meaning you want the same user/person to get the task or email regardless of any other information. For example, if you always want a handwritten card sent after appointments, you can task Gina specifically to do that every time. A field reference would make it dynamic, meaning the person in the field at the time would get the task. For example, if you want the owner of the lead to always get the task to send a handwritten card, you would check "field" and add in "OwnerId" as the reference.
