    Blur or replace your background (Desktop)

      Click "More" to open the "More actions" dropdown

      In the dropdown that appears, click "Video effects and settings"

      To blur your background, click "Standard blur" then click "Apply" to apply the background blur.

      OR to replace your background with an image, click the background you want to use, then click "Apply" to apply the background image. You can also upload your own background image by clicking "Add new".
