In the United States, text messages sent by an automated system are regulated by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA.) Messages can only be sent between the hours of 8AM and 9PM (based on the recipient's local time.) Before a message is sent or scheduled, the Broadcast Text module will attempt to determine the local time of each recipient, and will return an error if it's determined the message will be delivered outside of these times.
