Build Itinerary via App (Android)

Tap 'my itineraries'

Tap the plus symbol to build a new itinerary.

Assign the itinerary to a client. You can also tap skip on the top right to bypass this.

Select the date.

Use the arrow keys to go to the next month, where applicable.

Select the date.

Use the dial to select the start time.

Select your starting location.

Tap to start building the itinerary.

You will see a recap of what you are building and for which client at the top. You can tap the pencil symbol to edit these details. Hit add showing to search for a listing.

Search for the listing and tap the one you want to move forward.

Select the appointment length and type.

Then tap 'add to itinerary'.

You can add a time break anywhere in the process.

Select the duration and location (this is optional). Then hit 'save time break'.

To add your next showing, tap 'add showing'.

Search for your second listing and select it from the list.

Select appointment length and type again.

Then tap 'add to itinerary'.

When done with all listings, select 'request showings'.
