    Navigate to your Worksuite environment.

    Click on the Payments module

    Click the "BULK ADD" icon.

    A pop window will appear. You will need to fill in the following as they are mandatory fields: Partner (The freelancer's email address will be required in this area.), Expense name, Line item name, Line item category, Line item quantity. Line item price, Approver (the email address of your teammate who will approve the invoice).

    Tip: If you input any custom fields (e.g. Vertical, Project Codes, Departments, etc.) on an invoice, you can fill them in here as well.

    Once you are finished inputting the data, Click "Continue"

    Click "Yes" to submit.

    Tip! Once complete, you will see one blue notification (payment/s are processing) and either a green notification (successful import) or a red notification (indicating an error occurred and an email was sent on the error details).

    Click on the payment/s that was imported and review information for accuracy.
